Project Manager Modular Construction Projects Job Purpose: The Project Manager is accountable for the successful commercial and contractual delivery of allocated modular construction and from contract award through to final handover and closeout. The role is the principal client-facing delivery lead, ensuring scope, programme, cost, quality, risk, documentation, commissioning readiness and logistics are managed through one controlled project plan. Key Responsibilities (not limited to) * Act as the primary commercial and delivery contact for assigned clients, consultants, main contractors and key project stakeholders. * Establish a clear delivery strategy following contract award, including scope, programme, critical milestones, reporting requirements, risks, interfaces and * Review contract requirements, scope, exclusions, deliverables, milestones and notice provisions at project commencement. * Work with Commercial to ensure changes are identified early, evidenced properly and submitted in accordance with contractual requirements. * Own the project delivery baseline and client milestone commitments, working closely with Integrated Planning. * Provide timely, accurate and evidence-based programme information to clients and senior management. * Coordinate project requirements with Engineering to ensure design information is complete, approved, buildable and released in line with the integrated plan. * Manage the interface between design development, technical submittals, controlled construction information, manufacturing release, red lines and as-built deliverables. * Work with Purchasing and Materials to identify critical equipment, long-lead items, client-supplied items and delivery risks. * Translate contractual and client requirements into clear project deliverables for Production, Engineering, Purchasing and Quality. * Coordinate commissioning requirements, witness points, walkdowns, tag status, test documentation and client acceptance with the relevant technical and quality leads. * Maintain a live project risk and opportunity register, with clear mitigation actions, Qualifications and Experience * Degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Construction, Project Management or a related discipline. * Minimum eight years’ experience delivering complex construction, design-and-build, manufacturing, modular infrastructure or technical MEP projects (within the UK/Ireland or Europe). * Proven experience coordinating design development, design release, technical submittals, controlled construction information, change control and as-built deliverables. * Demonstrable experience delivering data-centre, mission-critical, HV/MV power, MEP or similarly complex infrastructure projects. Direct data-centre experience is strongly preferred. We are happy to consider long term contract or permanent position. Based around Carlow, Ireland (with some work in Europe and around the UK & Ireland)
