Job Description

As a Therapeutic Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for the strategic development of PSI’s core indications and serves as a core support function to the Associate and Director, Therapeutic Strategy.

Therapeutic Area Support

  • Support indication-specific strategy planning and implementation across the assigned therapeutic area under the supervision of Director Therapeutic Strategy.
  • Compile datasets, metrics, lessons learned and performance indices on core strategic capabilities and key studies within the given therapeutic area.
  • Keep updated with therapeutic area developments through conference attendance and literature review.
  • Support project teams to advice on therapeutic strategy and study specific mitigation strategies.
  • Support the evaluating and selection of investigative sites.
  • Participate in Investigator Meetings and key team meetings.
  • Perform protocol analysis and escalate risks to senior management.
  • Review essential study documents and technical manuals.

Business Development

  • Participate in proposal development and bid-defense meeting preparations.
  • Support client engagement and business development from a therapeutic area perspective.
  • Support PSI’s KOL networks.
  • Represent PSI expertise and capabilities to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • University or College Degree in Life Sciences, advanced degree (MS, PhD) in medical/health physics
  • Regionally recognized license in medical/health physics
  • At least 5 years of experience as a practicing medical physicist
  • Experience in clinical research/clinical trials is a plus
