We are seeking an Interim Finance Director to oversee the financial operations of a prestigious London flagship hotel.
This role is central to ensuring financial stability, strategic planning, and operational efficiency while also providing oversight for the IT and Purchasing departments.
Your Key Responsibilities in this Interim Finance Director role will include:
- Partner with the General Manager and Leadership Team to achieve business and commercial objectives.
- Manage the financial operations, working with the finance team to ensure UK tax, VAT, and statutory requirements are completed with deadlines.
- Provide strategic insights to enhance revenue generation and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Estate Management team on shared property responsibilities.
- Develop and improve processes and procedures and assist with ad hoc projects.
- Drive financial performance through strong leadership and a strategic vision.
Your Key Skills for this Interim Finance Director role will include:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Proven experience in finance leadership within the hospitality or accommodation sector.
