Job Description
Title: Investment Director
Key Responsibilities
Origination
Proactively engage with financial advisors and brokers to build a strong network and generate deal flow
Provide support to the existing sales force in identifying and developing opportunities
Structuring and Credit Analysis
Identify appropriate clients for these bespoke financing solutions, focusing on companies seeking financial diversification
Design and structure tailored leasing transactions
Conduct in-depth financial analysis and assess the credit risk of proposed deals
Evaluate the strategic importance of the assets involved
Prepare investment memoranda and present cases to the Investment Committee
Portfolio Monitoring and Risk Management
Monitor the evolving credit profile of clients within the portfolio
Escalate concerns to senior management and propose appropriate risk mitigation strategies or remedial actions as needed
