Role Description
This is a full‑time remote / hybrid role for a National Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the country, generating leads, fostering strong client relationships, and managing accounts. As a key member of the team, you will support the growth of the business by presenting tailored solutions and addressing customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities nationwide
- Generate your own pipeline through outbound activity, networking and referrals
- Engage decision makers and confidently present PSD hire solutions
- Win new accounts across short‑term, long‑term and contract hire products
- Build strong, lasting relationships based on trust and delivery
- Work closely with operations and account teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report clearly on activity and performance
- Represent PSD professionally at meetings, events and site visits across the UK
Qualifications
- Strong track record in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Experience in Account Management and the ability to maintain and grow client relationships
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present ideas effectively and collaborate with colleagues and customers
- Proven ability to work in a hybrid/remote environment, balancing office and remote tasks
- Relevant industry experience or knowledge of vehicle hire and leasing is essential
- Confident, organised and comfortable operating nationally
