Leading household insurer is looking for an experienced Operational Resilience specialist for an initial 3-month FTC, covering a period of significant change and integration. You'll need to hit the ground running - engaging with Exec stakeholders from day one and bringing immediate credibility across resilience, business continuity and crisis management.
Daily requirements:
- Lead ongoing development of the operational resilience framework, ensuring important business services and impact tolerances stay current and effective
- Monitor and report on resilience risks and remediation progress
- Design and run scenario testing to pressure-test resilience
- Chair resilience forums, delivering clear updates to senior stakeholders
- Own business continuity and crisis management frameworks, including planning and incident preparedness
