Job Description
HR Advisor – Workday
3 days/week onsite in Weybridge
This position is to provide strategic and operational HR support to branches across the Uk and Europe.
The successful candidate will proactively support and guide local HRs to ensure compliance with local employment law, company policies and procedures.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and legislation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, and with individuals where English is not their first language.
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Experience working in a busy HR environment
- Strong levels of resilience and assertive skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years' experience of HR Management field
- Workday user preferred or other HRIS system experience can be an advantage
