An exciting opportunity to join our clients fast-paced Digital Strategy Programme and play a key role in shaping the future of Finance solutions. This programme aims to integrate people, processes, data, and technology to create a streamlined operating model for the core business functions.
As part of the Finance project, you will focus on automating key financial processes, including profit tracking, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed asset management, purchasing, risk management, and reporting. Your initial responsibility will be leading the discovery phase to define a forward-thinking operating model aligned with strategic objectives. This will be followed by procurement of a best-fit technology solution and its implementation.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the SME for Financial Performance, advising on best practices.
- Work with stakeholders to integrate people and finance systems.
- Develop tools for budget management, financial reporting, and automation.
- Enhance controls and security within financial and payroll systems.
- Support the RFP process, business readiness, and user acceptance testing.
- Experience in property management or financial sector preferred.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical ability.
- Proficiency with finance systems and reporting tools.
- Adaptable, proactive, and skilled in stakeholder engagement.
- Relevant finance/business qualification preferred.
