Previous experience in processing migration ideally at a financial institution or in one of the schemes - a minimum of 15 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Owns the migration programme plan.
- Leads the end-to-end migration program governance.
- Defines and coordinates the delivery of all migration workstreams: Product, Testing, Data Migration & Cut Over, Solution and Architecture, Fraud, Cyber, Risk & Operations, Training & Change Management.
- Each workstream name will be subject to terminology that Customer use internally and the programme governance and workstreams will be agreed with Customer and is subject to Customer final approvals.
- This includes the coordination of the overall delivery.
- Acts as the primary liaison between internal Customer teams and external teams.
- Collaborates cross-functional teams to define program scope, objectives and success criteria.
- Runs governance and status reporting to senior management, including steering committees.
- Plans and leads teams in executing cutover and post-migration stabilisation.
- Programme Governance: integrated plan, cross-workstream dependency management, risk and issue management.
- Acts as the primary liaison between internal Customer teams and external processor teams.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 15 years of experience in migration governance or related roles as described above.
