Responsibilities
- Provide support to acquirers, network-to-network partners, issuers, and processors.
- Research complex situations and support participants with operations.
- Support business development teams to expand acceptance and approval rates optimisation.
- Support participants through the semi-annual release process. Manage and coordinates certification.
- Ensure participants are in compliance with operating rules and regulations. Responsible for EMEA Compliance activities co-ordination (eg waivers, auditing) and BCP data reviews.
- Engage participants and internal stakeholders to support network initiatives. Settlement issue/resolution co-ordination (Rupay & others) and ProtectBuy/SCA central project management/coordination.
- Analyse end-to-end transaction processing, troubleshoots issues and acceptance complaints, and supports issuer & Acquirer launches.
- Lead Salesforce effort to maximise efficiency and automate EMEA reporting.
- Manage EMEA data & presentations for forums, business reviews and ad-hoc reporting.
- Coordinate with Snr Managers & Directors. Employee engagement activities.
Qualifications
- 7+ years card payments experience within payment operations/card processing.
- Strong SQL (data interrogation/extraction) - Snowflake.
- Data visualisation/Analysis experience (Tableau a particular plus.)
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Management, Business, Tech, Engineering - or - relevant working experience.
- This is an initial contract running to June 2026 with a view to converting to a full time permanent position.
- Hybrid working with up to 2 days per week in London office.
- Full right to work in the UK required.
