We’re looking for an experienced Senior Design Project Manager to join a design-led hospitality business in London. This is a key role within the development function, responsible for leading CAPEX and refurbishment projects from concept through to delivery across guest-facing environments. You’ll bring a blend of project management expertise and design capability, with the ability to oversee multiple live schemes while also supporting space planning, layouts, FF&E and design development. Working closely with internal teams and external consultants, you’ll help ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with brand and guest experience standards.
London Bridge – 5 days a week
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Leading and delivering CAPEX / refurbishment projects end-to-end
- Managing multiple live hospitality projects simultaneously
- Supporting design development, layouts, and FF&E selection
- Coordinating consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensuring delivery aligns with brand and operational standards
- Overseeing budgets, programmes, and project reporting
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong background in hospitality, design, architecture or project delivery
- Experience delivering refurbishment or CAPEX projects
- Design awareness with ability to support concept and layout work
- Confident managing multiple fast-paced projects
- Good understanding of FF&E and stakeholder coordination
