Based in London, our client is seeking a highly capable Data Analyst to take ownership of their internal Business Intelligence platform and automation capabilities within a fast-paced hotel operations environment. This is a key role within the Technology team, responsible for delivering trusted data, scalable reporting, and efficient automation solutions that support decision-making across the organisation.

The Role

  • You will lead the development and optimisation of the Power BI reporting estate, ensuring high-quality, secure, and well-governed analytics.
  • Working closely with business stakeholders, you will turn complex data into actionable insights, while continuously improving data processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and enhance the internal BI platform and reporting catalogue, ensuring accuracy, usability, and performance.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and datasets, delivering a single source of truth for the business.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data and automation solutions.
  • Manage BI services within an Azure environment, including deployments, monitoring, and access controls.
  • Ensure robust data governance, security, and quality controls.
  • Deliver meaningful insights across core hospitality KPIs such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and booking trends.
  • Support business users with training, adoption, and self-service analytics best practices.

Key Requirements

  • Strong Power BI expertise coupled with strong experience with Tableau.
  • Experience with Azure data platforms and Microsoft tools.
  • Understanding of Power Automate workflows.
  • Strong grasp of data governance.
  • Experience in hospitality, hotels or similar sectors such as retail.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
