What you’ll be doing:
- Identifying and delivering value-add asset enhancement initiatives
- Driving NOI through leasing, re-gears and tenant negotiations
- Leading refurbishments and reconfiguration to meet market demand
- Producing sharp, insightful reporting and presenting with confidence
- Managing in-house PMs, contractors and external advisors
- Supporting investment decisions and new acquisitions
