Your Role:
- Lead all aspects of cost planning, estimation, and commercial management
- Oversee procurement strategies, tendering, contract advice, and final accounts
- Provide clear cost advice to clients, helping them make informed commercial decisions
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and value throughout the pre- and post-contract lifecycle
- Build long-term relationships with hotel, leisure, and student accommodation clients
- Contribute to the growth and reputation of the business through quality delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- Background in Cost Consultancy / Quantity Surveying, ideally MRICS (or working towards it)
- Strong technical skills in cost planning, benchmarking, and commercial management
- Experience in hotel, hospitality, or leisure sectors preferred
- Confident and credible in front of clients, with excellent communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and appetite for career growth
