The Role You’ll take the lead on pre-construction activities across multiple projects, from post-acquisition through to contractor tendering (RIBA Stages 1–4/5). Working closely with senior leaders across development, acquisitions, and construction, you’ll also support technical due diligence for new sites, influencing the future pipeline at a strategic level. Key Responsibilities Lead development projects from early feasibility through planning, design, and pre-construction. Coordinate design teams and external consultants, ensuring key milestones are met. Oversee project budgets, timelines, and reporting for internal stakeholders and investors. Contribute to acquisition due diligence, including technical site assessments. Manage planning conditions, procurement strategies, and stakeholder communications. Identify and mitigate project risks to protect timelines, cost, and quality.
