We are recruiting for a London-based private property investment business with a mix of commercial, residential and mixed-use investments and developments in London. The business owns and manages approximately 250 residential units across 10 core sites in London with 700+ tenancies.
The Role
To be based out of the London office and primarily focused on:
- Residential / PRS property management to deliver a consistent service across the portfolio.
- Manage property risks, including health and safety, maintenance.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the managing agents on the various projects and the wider portfolio.
- Consistently drive rental income across the portfolio.
- Put in place KPIs and regular performance reviews for managing agents, including detailed oversight of voids and bad debts.
- Improve lettings, tenant relations, and engagement.
- Day-to-day management of the on-site team and others off-site.
- Conduct regular tenancy inspections, ensuring compliance and future planning.
- Assist with regular residential rent reviews, applications and recommendations.
