Residential Project Manager, 6-12m London The Company A UK property developer and regeneration business delivering residential, build-to-rent, student and mixed-use schemes through partnerships, with sustainability and community-focused development principles across key markets About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Employer’s Agent to lead the delivery of development and construction projects from procurement through to completion and handover across a number of residential led projects in London and the South East.
Responsibilities To manage consultant procurement, programming, construction logistics, project governance, design-team performance, stakeholder communications and third-party approvals.
Coordinating the architect, structural and MEP engineers, fire consultant, principal designer, contractor and other specialists at design stages through to BSR submission.
Oversee deliverables, risk, procurement strategy, appointments, Building Safety Act requirements, sustainability accreditation and value optimisation.
Acting as Employer’s Agent, you will administer contractual processes including notices, certificates, variations, payment matters, extensions of time and defects.
You will monitor contractor performance, cost control, reporting, site standards, inspections, commissioning and handover, while managing claims and ensuring matters are resolved in accordance with the contract.
The successful candidate will bring strong project leadership, commercial awareness and contract administration skills, with the ability to coordinate consultants, contractors, clients and other stakeholders while maintaining programme, quality, cost and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
