Psd group are working exclusively with a high-profile, design-led international hospitality group to appoint a Regional Director of Finance for their London portfolio. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing, award-winning business with a reputation for creativity, amazing guest experiences, and a people-focused culture.
The Role:
You will be based in central London, with responsibility for the Regional hotels — including an iconic riverside property and a vibrant London destination — you’ll lead the full financial strategy and operations for the region and will act as the commercial business partner to the Regional General Manager, whom you will help to drive profitability, performance, and provide financial insight across all key functions. This is a true leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives on blending hands-on finance management with commercial influence and strategic planning.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Lead, develop and manage the finance team
- Oversee financial operations, forecasting, and budgeting for the London region
- Partner with property and group leadership to influence decision-making and drive performance
- Deliver insightful financial analysis and reporting for group
- Manage cost controls, cash flow, payroll forecasting and capital planning
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and local regulations
- Coach and mentor both finance and non-finance leaders in commercial best practices
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a senior finance role within hospitality, leisure, or a fast-paced, service-driven environment
- Proven commercial awareness and strong communication skills
- A hands-on, collaborative leader who can work cross-functionally
- A passion for luxury hospitality or lifestyle hotels would be beneficial
