PSD Group is seeking a Change Management Lead to own the organisational change, communications, training and business readiness for a global ERP transformation. This 6‑month engagement offers hybrid or remote delivery and works with Programme Leadership, Finance, HR and the Systems Integrator to ensure go‑live adoption.
You will direct change strategy, readiness criteria and adoption metrics, build training plans, oversee training delivery, and represent OCM in governance.
