PSD is hiring: Property Project Managers – Retail & Hospitality Fit-Outs

Location: London HQ

Are you ready to take on fast-paced, high-impact projects in the retail & hospitality sector for some of the country’s best-known brands?

PSD are partnering with a rapidly growing consultancy, headquartered in London, to recruit Senior Project Managers to deliver cutting-edge fit-outs across the UK – with a significant pipeline in central London.

This is your chance to own the full project lifecycle, work directly with clients and senior leaders, and make your mark on some of the most exciting retail & hospitality rollouts in the industry.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead multiple retail & hospitality projects from feasibility to handover
  • Manage budgets, programmes & supply chains
  • Oversee consultants, contractors & client rollouts nationwide
  • Ensure compliance with H&S and statutory standards
  • Build strong, lasting client and stakeholder relationships

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven track record in delivering retail, leisure or hospitality fit-outs
  • Commercially astute with strong contract management skills
  • Highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused
  • H&S trained (CSCS/SMSTS desirable)
  • Strong Excel skills + full UK driving licence

You must be London based and have construction project experience within Retail/Leisure sectors.
