We are recruiting for a private family office with £250m invested in London offices, retail and leisure. They invest in, develop and asset manage commercial assets across the UK with a view to either long term hold or asset enhancement and sale.
The Role:
- As a Property Manager, you will work across a blend of property management (70%), asset management (20%) and investment/development (10%).
- The role is supporting the Asset Management team with some asset management activities including achieving leasing assumptions, new lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals and other lease transactions.
- You will have lots of interaction with existing and prospective occupiers and their advisors on a near daily basis.
- Management of all asset management projects by creation of robust business plans including direct responsibility for financial modelling, appraisal and evaluation.
- Assist and oversee the creation, implementation and mobilisation of property and asset management plans for future new business opportunities ensuring these align with shareholders' overall business strategy.
- Manage the selection and appointment of professionals required to discharge asset management activities (lawyers, leasing agents etc.).
- Day to day property management including service charges, rent collection, dilapidations, insurance, tenant liaison.
This role will suit someone who is seeking a client-side Property Management role where there will be good exposure to Asset Management, Development and Investment work, including helping source new opportunities.
