We are recruiting for a Pension Fund with £3bn of AUM across commercial and residential assets. This role is dedicated to residential property assets within the Long Term Income Fund, which includes residential ground rent investments.

As Property Asset Manager, you will oversee the ground rent investment portfolio, ensuring consistent service delivery. Effectively manage external asset managers and professional building managers. Oversight of remediation teams on properties with cladding and fire safety concerns. Advise on Health & Safety legislation, particularly Fire Safety, ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act.

Additionally, you will assist in the sale of ground rent asset class through disposals while maximizing value. Work closely with stakeholders to implement an efficient sales process. Oversee and manage external third-party managers, design and implement disposal strategies, conduct regular reporting, site visits, and support remediation projects.

Ensure properties are maintained and operated in line with best practices in estate management and professional accounting standards. Act as a proactive self-starter with strong experience in the residential property sector. Ensure all reporting aligns with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including leaseholders across the ground rent portfolio.
