We are recruiting for a Global Investment Management firm who have £8bn of AUM across various real estate sectors and fund structures. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic CAPEX Construction Project Manager to lead capital expenditure projects across a portfolio of hotel properties throughout various European countries. This role will focus on managing capital projects on hotel assets across Europe typically value add hotel capex schemes between c. €30-60M.
This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of complex construction and renovation initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality construction, a deep understanding of local regulatory frameworks across Europe, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders including owners, operators, contractors, and consultants.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing feasibility assessments, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and on-site execution of projects.
- Assisting in the underwriting of new deals by assessing capital requirement proposals from the transactions team.
- Working closely with hotel operators and asset management teams to align project goals with operational needs, while ensuring minimal disruption to guest experience.
