We’re partnering with a multi-site business to appoint a Project Manager to support the delivery of a significant, long-term capital investment programme across a portfolio of high-profile, large-scale destinations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with 4–5 years' experience to take responsibility for a varied portfolio of projects, including assisting with major refurbishments, improvements, and new developments. Working closely with senior management, internal teams and external consultants, you will help drive projects from initial planning and design through to procurement, construction and completion.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting with the delivery of multiple capital projects across a range of operational sites.
- Coordinating projects from feasibility and initial planning through construction and handover.
- Monitoring project budgets, programmes, quality and risk, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives.
- Managing external contractors, consultants, architects, and professional teams.
- Supporting the preparation of business cases, project budgets, investment proposals, and progress reports.
- Working closely with operational teams to minimise disruption and maintain business continuity during project delivery.
- Ensuring compliance with planning, building regulations, health and safety requirements and relevant legislation.
- Identifying potential project risks and resolving issues to maintain progress and delivery standards.
- Providing regular updates to senior stakeholders on project performance, costs, timescales, and key milestones.
- Identifying opportunities to improve project processes, value for money, and delivery efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Approximately 2–5 years' experience in project management or building surveying, ideally within property, construction, development or capital projects.
- Experience managing refurbishment, fit-out or new-build projects from inception through to completion.
- Experience working across multiple projects or operational sites
