Mandatory skills required - Cards & or payments experience: (FS and or banking considered.) Must be able to commit to 2.5 days pw max for 12 months. Based in London.
Serves as the subject matter expert for card payments processing, covering:
- authorisation flows
- clearing
- settlement
- chargebacks
- disputes
- fraud controls
- scheme compliance
Defines and validates end-to-end processing requirements in collaboration with workstream leads. Partners with engineering across Customer and Processor teams to define and validate delivery of technical implementation requirements. Leads detailed mapping between old processor and new processor, including BIN setups, product configurations, reporting. Works closely with the processor and technical teams. Supports all testing cycles as the processing expert. Provides expert oversight during cutover and post-migration stabilisation.
