This appointment comes at a pivotal time for London Stadium, offering a rare and exciting opportunity to join its Board during a period of dynamic change. As a Board member, you will be setting strategic direction, providing leadership and support to the leadership team, as well as monitoring performance and corporate governance. Key responsibilities and requirements include:
- Provide entrepreneurial leadership of the London Stadium operating within its overall statutory framework.
- Provide prudent and effective controls and high standards of corporate governance and financial management.
- Steer capital structure and partnerships (public/private JV, lenders, sponsors), ensuring the realization of a best‑in‑class place vision and best value for London Stadium and the public purse.
- Review the performance of the Stadium Chief Executive.
