A leading professional services firm within a specialist sector is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their growing team. This hybrid role offers the chance to drive the marketing function forward, following the strategy that our current Marketing Manager has laid out.
As the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in elevating the brand and generating meaningful engagement across key audiences. You’ll be responsible for campaigns across digital, content, social media, events, email marketing, and more. This is a full-mix role for a commercially savvy, creative, and analytical marketer.
Key Responsibilities- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to support business goals.
- Produce high-quality content including blogs, whitepapers, and email communications.
- Manage social media strategy and scheduling across key platforms.
- Plan and support industry events, both online and in person.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (including consultants and leadership) to align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing activity, using insights to continuously improve.
- Manage and provide support for our Marketing Assistant.
- Proven experience (5 years) in a broad marketing role, ideally within professional services or recruitment.
- Strong content and digital marketing skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident using marketing tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Canva, WordPress, etc.).
- A self-starter with strong project management and organisational abilities.
- A collaborative and entrepreneurial working culture.
- Hybrid working (3 days in a London office).
