What You'll Be Doing.
- Own and optimise email and SMS customer journeys.
- Build and manage automated campaigns and workflows.
- Drive performance against funded loan and conversion targets.
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Deliver audience segmentation, testing and personalisation strategies.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Compliance teams.
- Ensure all CRM activity remains customer-focused, compliant and commercially effective.
What We're Looking for.
- Proven CRM, lifecycle marketing or marketing automation experience.
- Strong email and SMS campaign management skills.
- Experience with customer journey design and segmentation.
- A data-driven approach with strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Experience in a regulated environment would be advantageous.
- Commercial mindset and a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
