Over the last two years, I’ve been helping build a brand-new international team supporting one of the most exciting growth initiatives within Rewards, Loyalty and Commerce Media for a global Payments organisation. What started as a new vision has rapidly evolved into a major strategic proposition focused on personalised commerce, card-linked offers, merchant engagement and data-driven advertising. The team combines expertise across affiliate marketing, CLO, retail media, partnerships and loyalty — and I’ve already hired several individuals into the commercial side of this growing function. Now the next phase begins.

As the team scales globally, they are creating a dedicated Sales Administration & Operations function across regions, with this hire becoming a key operational pillar for the European business. This is far more than traditional sales administration. The role sits at the centre of sales operations, onboarding, enablement, reporting, merchant processes and international coordination — helping build the infrastructure and operational rhythm behind a rapidly growing commerce media proposition. You’ll work closely with sales leadership, support global stakeholders, and help drive operational excellence across an evolving international team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales pipelines, reporting, renewals and Salesforce administration
  • Support onboarding, contracts and operational workflows
  • Create training documentation, enablement materials and case studies
  • Deliver reporting, analytics and business review insights
  • Support sales enablement and operational scalability across regions
What They’re Looking For:
  • Around 5 years within Sales Administration / Sales Operations
  • Strong Salesforce and pipeline management experience
  • Highly organised with excellent stakeholder communication skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, international environments
  • Strong Excel & PowerPoint capability
  • Experience supporting commercial or advertising-focused teams is advantageous
Why This Role Stands Out:
  • Opportunity to join a team still being shaped
  • High visibility within a globally strategic initiative
  • Genuine long-term growth opportunity from contract to permanent
  • Exposure to Commerce Media, Loyalty, Retail Media & Payments innovation
  • Collaborative international environment with established London sales PODs
Ideal backgrounds could include:
  • Affiliate
  • Retail Media
  • Loyalty
  • Advertising Operations
  • FinTech
  • Commerce Platforms
  • Media Sales Operations
