We’re looking for a people-focused HR Manager who can hit the ground running, bring structure to a growing organisation and strengthen the foundations needed to support the next phase of growth. NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE ROLE

  • Take ownership of the day-to-day HR function, providing a proactive, solutions-focused service across the business.
  • Act as a trusted partner to leaders and managers, offering practical guidance across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Support and advise on all employee relations matters including performance management, absence, disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Lead recruitment activity end-to-end, ensuring the business attracts, hires and retains high-quality talent during a period of growth.
  • Build and embed succession planning frameworks to strengthen leadership pipelines and support future organisational needs.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives that improve retention, performance and overall employee experience.
  • Support effective onboarding and development programmes to ensure new hires are set up for success.
  • Review, update and implement HR policies and procedures in line with current employment legislation and best practice.
  • Use people data and insights to inform workforce planning and decision making.
  • Coach and support managers to build confident, capable and accountable teams.
  • Contribute to organisational change initiatives linked to business growth and evolving structures.

  • Proven experience in an HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role with ownership across multiple HR activities and priorities.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience managing the full employee lifecycle within a growing organisation.
  • Demonstrated success in improving engagement, retention or people processes.
  • Experience supporting organisational change or business growth.

This is a fully on-site, 5 days a week role based in West London.
