The ETF Product Developer will play a leading role in shaping and delivering the ETF product strategy.

The successful candidate will drive product development initiatives from concept through to launch, while overseeing the processes and infrastructure required to support a broad range of ETFs across multiple asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the European UCITS ETF product strategy by assessing investment capabilities, analysing market trends, client demand, and distribution insights, and translating these into a robust product roadmap.
  • Prepare business cases to support new product launches.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of new ETF launches, coordinating effectively with internal teams and external partners throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Secure approvals for new products through governance committees and fund boards.
  • Evaluate alternative product structures and determine the most effective implementation while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks.
  • Partner with stakeholders to design, document, and implement operational processes required to support new products.
  • Manage and enhance the existing ETF product range in response to business strategy, regulatory developments, and technological change.
  • Deliver internal and external training to support successful product launches and ongoing product knowledge.

About You

  • Extensive experience within ETF product development, product structuring, or a closely related role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • In-depth understanding of the UCITS ETF framework, regulatory environment, and operational requirements.
  • Experience using industry platforms such as Bloomberg and Morningstar.
