This range is provided by PSD Group. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience – talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range: £100,000‐£120,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits.
Our client is a leading asset‐management company and has an exciting opportunity for a Data Solutions Partner to support the Private Markets business on behalf of the Chief Data Office. The successful candidate will play a key role in data‐solution design activities, ensuring that data is considered as a key enabler at the heart of any solution designs and operating models created.
The role involves leading engagements with and acting as the key point of contact for business customers to support BAU and change initiatives. Responsibilities include building close working relationships, developing a deep understanding of business activities, priorities, and data sets they consume and create. You will support the business to adopt strategic data capabilities, comply with data policies and deliver value through data solutions.
The ideal candidate will have an up‐to‐date understanding of relevant private markets (Private Credit / Private Debt) asset classes and investment products, strong knowledge of asset‐management capabilities, data domains, data models, familiarity with the vendor/service‐provider landscape, ESG data concepts and their application in investment product designs. Candidates with strong knowledge and experience of fixed income rather than private credit/debt are also of interest.
Experience and Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a range of stakeholders from Business to Tech.
- Significant asset‐management data analysis/solution‐design experience – preferable within Private Credit / Debt or Fixed Income.
- Extensive knowledge of asset‐management data domains and relationships (e.g. security and associated entities such as issuers, account, product, client, trades, orders, transactions, holdings).
- Experience working with data suppliers/outsourcers.
- Understanding of data risk and governance considerations.
- Creating data source (target) mappings.
- Creating and presenting data solution designs.
- Creating data flows including data domains.
- UAT on data deliverables.
- Designing data solutions – including data architecture, flows, controls and services.
- Knowledge of data quality dimensions.
