Seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Manager to lead the development and delivery of enterprise data solutions and analytics initiatives. The role combines technical leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on oversight of analytics platforms, reporting solutions, and data engineering capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise data analytics and reporting initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Design and oversee dashboards, analytical models, ETL pipelines, and data platforms.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to integrate analytics into core operations.
  • Manage and mentor hybrid onshore/offshore data and analytics teams.
  • Oversee project estimation, delivery planning, code quality, documentation, and testing.
  • Drive best practices in data warehousing, lakehouse architecture, metadata management, and deployment processes.
  • Support production stability, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
  • Ensure governance, audit readiness, and compliance across analytics solutions.
  • Work with external vendors and technology partners on analytics delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in enterprise data management, BI, and analytics delivery.
  • Expertise in SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Tableau, Python, and ETL/data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience with BigQuery, Vertex AI, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, data pipelines, and reporting frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience within insurance or financial services environments.
  • Knowledge of insurance reporting, KPIs/KRIs, and finance data models.
  • Exposure to Alteryx.
