The role focuses on requirements definition, process design, validation, and supporting delivery partners, rather than hands‑on system configuration.

  • Translate business and operational needs into clear documentation for Workday delivery and integration partners
  • Assess the impact of new processes on HR teams, Payroll, managers, and employees
  • Support UAT activities, including test planning, scenario definition, execution support, and defect triage
  • Validate payroll and workforce data outputs for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with Finance requirements
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, Reward, Finance, IT, Data teams, and third‑party vendors

About you:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on HCM and/or Payroll system implementations
  • Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes and controls
  • Experience working in decentralised or federated operating models
  • Confident engaging with both business stakeholders and delivery partners
  • Exposure to Workday HCM or Workday Payroll is desirable, but not essential
