We're recruiting a Business Analyst with a strong FM background to join a leading property services organisation on a fixed term basis. This is a key role supporting Facilities Management operations, business transformation, and the implementation of a major IWMS/CAFM platform (Planon).
The Role:
You'll work closely with operational teams, digital colleagues, and third-party suppliers to translate business needs into practical solutions. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, process design, stakeholder management, and supporting system implementation and UAT across FM workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholders across operational, technical, and leadership levels.
- Develop as-is and to-be process maps using BPMN (Visio/BizzDesign).
- Support Planon configuration, testing, deployment, and adoption.
- Liaise between business teams and technical/vendor partners.
- Support UAT, defect triage, and business readiness activities.
- Contribute to backlog refinement and agile delivery.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven BA experience within Facilities Management or property environments.
- Practical knowledge of FM processes — reactive/planned maintenance, work orders, asset management, service performance.
- Experience on system implementation or transformation programmes, ideally involving Planon or similar IWMS/CAFM platforms.
- Strong process modelling skills and proficiency with BPMN tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
