About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to support our client in enabling effective software operations through targeted training, certification, and capability development. The role will play a key part in ensuring teams are equipped to adopt and operate modern data platforms, including Databricks.
Key Duties
- Design and deliver learning programmes supporting software and data operations
- Develop and manage training pathways, including technical certification frameworks
- Partner with the Strategy Office and technical stakeholders to identify capability gaps
- Support adoption of platforms and tools, with a focus on Databricks
- Create and maintain learning materials (workshops, playbooks, online content)
- Track training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in Learning & Development within technology or software environments
- Strong understanding of software operations and platform adoption
- Hands-on experience with Databricks
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
