Interim Investment and Development Manager
We are seeking a skilled professional to support the delivery of lease restructures, developments, refurbishments, joint ventures, and major projects across a mixed London commercial portfolio. This role will help maximise income, value, and performance, while ensuring projects meet corporate objectives, investment strategies, and ESG standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior leaders in delivering fund strategies, policies, and investment targets.
- Advise on project briefs, development evaluations, and refurbishment schemes.
- Procure, manage, and monitor external development managers and consultants.
- Support and negotiate headlease restructures to maximise returns.
- Appraise development sites, market properties, and structure joint venture agreements.
- Ensure projects align with investment strategies.
- Contribute to delivery of major projects, including appraisals, cash flows, and valuations.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, committee reports, and investment justifications.
- Liaise with legal teams, tenants, external valuers, and professional advisors.
- Support Asset Managers with business plans, valuations, and performance monitoring.
- Oversee letting of completed schemes and negotiation of development agreements.
