Job Description
We are recruiting for a Global Investment Management firm who have £8bn of AUM across various real estate sectors and fund structures.
This role will focus on managing capital projects on hotel assets across Europe but with an initial focus on France, Spain, Italy and Portugal. Current products are value add in nature, so the size of the projects is significant e.g. €30-60M.
They need an experienced hotel / hospitality Project Manager to:
- Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define tasks and required resources
- Produce projects costing and budgets
- Create a schedule and project timeline
- Manage project team and budget
- Allocate project resources
- Track deliverables
- Lead quality assurance
- Monitor and report on project progress including presenting to stakeholders
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project targets
- Evaluate and assess project results
- Assist in the underwriting of new deals by assessing capital requirement proposals from the transactions team.
