We are recruiting for a leisure and retail operator who are looking for an exceptional Head of Facilities Management to lead and shape facilities management strategy across a range of properties across the Group. The role involves leading strategic oversight of external service providers, driving value and championing service excellence across a diverse estate.
You will play a crucial role in delivering operational improvements, ensuring best in class customer-focused services, while maintaining reliable and compliant estates.
- Lead and manage the strategic FM partnerships with a range of providers, overseeing contract performance, managing a range of stakeholders and reporting.
- Optimise service delivery to ensure KPIs, financial targets, and business objectives are met and exceeded.
- Lead the lifecycle management, overseeing internal and external teams on capex and maintenance, including reactive, planned, and preventative maintenance programmes.
- Maximise service standards, performance data and KPI reporting.
- Improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and safety across all facilities.
- Lead on estate compliance with statutory, legal, environmental, and building regulations through robust audits and governance.
- Manage operational risks whilst maintaining service continuity.
- Embed strong health, safety, and compliance culture across the estate.
