After achieving 25% growth last year and continuing to scale rapidly in 2025, they’re looking for a forward-leaning Account Director to spearhead strategic campaigns on major UK Defence programmes—shaping the future of digital transformation within the Ministry of Defence.
As Account Director, you’ll take the lead in securing and shaping multi-year programmes at the heart of Defence innovation. This is a campaign-driven, proactive role where you’ll:
- Lead high-value capture campaigns across the Defence domain.
- Build trusted relationships with senior MOD stakeholders and Defence primes.
- Position our client within key delivery consortia and negotiate strategic workshare.
- Drive opportunities from early shaping through to proposal leadership and commercial close.
- Craft compelling value propositions that showcase cutting-edge capabilities in data, digital transformation, AI/ML, and geospatial solutions.
- Influence programme direction and emerging technical requirements at ground level.
This isn’t a passive sales role. It’s a chance to shape the UK Defence landscape and directly influence strategic national programmes.
You’ll bring:
- A proven track record winning strategic MOD programmes.
- Deep understanding of Defence procurement frameworks and commercial models.
- Experience working with or within major Defence primes.

- Confidence interpreting and articulating complex technical concepts.
- A customer-centric mindset, aligning solutions to real operational needs.
- SC clearance is required (or the ability to obtain it.)
