The client is currently working towards a long-term development plan and is in a new phase of strategic structuring. This role will help guide the business in driving long-term growth and efficiencies. The role is based within a global hospitality group that is expanding across US and European locations, covering both the corporate and leisure accommodation markets, reporting into the Head of Finance and CFO.
As Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in the regional finance team, supporting financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, monthly reporting, and analysis. You will grow into being a trusted advisor, collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance their business decisions using data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis – Own the review of a portfolio of property P&Ls across a region, providing insights and variance analysis, as well as delivering financial reporting.
- Deliver profitability improvements and identify opportunities for cost savings and investment for growth.
- Enhance decision-making processes through expertise in Data Decision Modelling.
- Evaluate property investments and optimise key operational costs.
- Engage in strategic business partnering with Finance, Operations, Commercial, and Leadership teams to influence business performance and drive the commercial strategy.
- Develop smarter forecasting tools and streamline financial processes for better visibility and control.
Key Skills:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
- Proven expertise within hospitality, property, hotels, or real estate finance.
- Strong financial modelling skills, ideally with knowledge of Excel and BI tools.
- Knowledge of NetSuite and Sage would be beneficial.
- Clear communicator, both written and verbal, with a passion for business partnering.
