We're hiring a Director of Markets to lead sales growth for a dynamic digital consultancy delivering transformation at scale. Reporting to the MD and working closely with the CEO, you'll take ownership of the commercial strategy — driving new business, expanding client relationships, and building a high-performing sales culture.

Your Mission:
- Drive revenue through consultative, C-suite level selling
- Lead and close complex digital transformation deals
- Own and refine the go-to-market strategy with Practice leadership
- Build strong pipelines and improve conversion across sectors (finance, retail, public sector, etc.)
- Shape service positioning, pricing, and commercial value propositions
- Champion a high-performance, accountable sales culture

- A track record of winning and growing key accounts in management or digital consulting
- Strong commercial instincts – you know how to build pipeline, close deals, and drive revenue
