The Business
- An established development business operating across commercial and residential led mixed use projects in the South
- They take pride in producing regeneration solutions, in partnership with JV partners.
- A love of forward-looking and highly sustainable developments and communities
The Role
- Working on development projects, reporting to the Partners from inception through to completion, working in a small team, based in the West End
- Land transactions, acquisitions and disposals
- Sourcing and securing new opportunities preparing proposals and presenting them externally to investors.
- Managing JV relationships and stakeholders.
- Working on projects from front end feasibility, design, planning, through to delivering innovative town centre regeneration projects.
Your experience will likely include
- Directing and motivating multi-disciplinary external teams.
- Securing planning and statutory approvals and managing third party matters, rights of light, party wall, etc.
- Overseeing construction and delivery of developments.
- Preparing feasibility studies and Business Plans and reporting against these.
- Responsibility for the financial performance of projects, reporting and using financial models.
