The Business

  • An established development business operating across commercial and residential led mixed use projects in the South
  • They take pride in producing regeneration solutions, in partnership with JV partners.
  • A love of forward-looking and highly sustainable developments and communities

The Role

  • Working on development projects, reporting to the Partners from inception through to completion, working in a small team, based in the West End
  • Land transactions, acquisitions and disposals
  • Sourcing and securing new opportunities preparing proposals and presenting them externally to investors.
  • Managing JV relationships and stakeholders.
  • Working on projects from front end feasibility, design, planning, through to delivering innovative town centre regeneration projects.

Your experience will likely include

  • Directing and motivating multi-disciplinary external teams.
  • Securing planning and statutory approvals and managing third party matters, rights of light, party wall, etc.
  • Overseeing construction and delivery of developments.
  • Preparing feasibility studies and Business Plans and reporting against these.
  • Responsibility for the financial performance of projects, reporting and using financial models.
  • Maintaining relationships with agents, investors, consultants, end users
