Role Summary

Seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Manager to lead the development and delivery of enterprise data solutions and analytics initiatives. The role combines technical leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and hands‑on oversight of analytics platforms, reporting solutions, and data engineering capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise data analytics and reporting initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Design and oversee dashboards, analytical models, ETL pipelines, and data platforms.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to integrate analytics into core operations.
  • Manage and mentor hybrid onshore/offshore data and analytics teams.
  • Oversee project estimation, delivery planning, code quality, documentation, and testing.
  • Drive best practices in data warehousing, lakehouse architecture, metadata management, and deployment processes.
  • Support production stability, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
  • Ensure governance, audit readiness, and compliance across analytics solutions.
  • Work with external vendors and technology partners on analytics delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in enterprise data management, BI, and analytics delivery.
  • Expertise in SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Tableau, Python, and ETL/data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience with BigQuery, Vertex AI, and cloud‑based analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, data pipelines, and reporting frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience within insurance or financial services environments.
  • Knowledge of insurance reporting, KPIs/KRIs, and finance data models.
