Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially astute Asset Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of office properties across London and the South East. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving asset performance, maximising income, and delivering long-term value through strategic management, leasing initiatives, and capital improvement programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to enhance the financial and operational performance of the property portfolio.
- Proactively identify and execute value-add opportunities, including lease re-gears, refurbishments, and redevelopment projects.
- Oversee tenant relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction, retention, and timely rent collection.
- Manage and coordinate leasing activities, working closely with external agents to secure new tenants and negotiate lease renewals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and occupier demand to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and asset plans, ensuring alignment with investment objectives.

Qualifications and Experience
