About the Role

As a 360 Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle – from business development and client relationship management through to candidate sourcing, placement, and aftercare. This role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial recruiter with proven success in the life sciences sector and the ability to drive new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage new and existing client relationships across the life sciences industry.
• Proactively source, engage, and place high-calibre candidates within pharma, biotech, and medical device organizations.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both clients and candidates.
• Deliver on business development targets, identifying new opportunities and growing market share.
• Collaborate with global PSC Biotech teams to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a 360 Recruiter with a track record of business development success.
• Proven success recruiting within the life sciences sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• A results-driven, self-starter with commercial awareness and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• UK-based, with flexibility to work with international teams and clients.
