Job Description:
- Performs documentation and operational support tasks, ensuring control and accuracy in document preparation.
- Prepares relevant documents completely and on time.
- Prepares reports requested in business processes within specified deadlines.
- Ensures timely service delivery in relations with suppliers.
- Prevents errors and situations that could cause material damage to authorities and customers.
- Follows internal procedures for filing and documentation.
- Participates in department meetings and related training sessions.
- Performs other temporary assignments related to operations and documentation as assigned by managers.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably holds a degree in logistics & supply chain management.
- Minimum of 5 years maritime experience in the international logistics sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team.
- Proficient in English.
