We’re looking for a confident, people-focused Supervisor to help lead our team and deliver unforgettable guest experiences across our bar, dining areas, and accommodation. You’ll be one of two supervisors at the heart of the operation - the trusted right hand of the General Manager, keeping everything running smoothly. You’re the person who turns small moments into memorable ones, making sure every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and genuinely delighted. From first reservation to a warm goodbye at the end, you’ll be the driving force behind a smooth service and warm hospitality.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Stepping up to lead the team when management are off – you’ll be trusted to keep standards high and spirits even higher
  • Supporting and mentoring our team members
  • Motivating your team to smash goals and create a fun, positive vibe during every shift
  • Keeping service slick and professional, making sure procedures are followed and guests are wowed
  • You’ll lead by example and get stuck in
  • Flexing across departments when needed – we’re all about teamwork and adaptability
  • Keeping service areas spotless and stock reconciled at the end of each shift
  • Following health and food safety procedures like a pro
