Great opportunity for an experienced Sales Associate / Luxury Sales Consultant to join this growing Luxury Swedish Furniture brand based in Marylebone, London. You must have a proven track record in luxury retail sales, working to and exceeding targets as this will be asked about at interview. This high-end store is located in a premium location and you will deal with HNWIs and luxury clients. The core products they sell are luxury beds and mattresses, but they also offer many other bedroom-oriented products as well.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue by meeting and exceeding sales targets in a luxury retail environment.
- Act as an account manager: maximise/convert on clients you meet, proactively marketing to clients, local connections, and interior designers.
- Participate in in-store events to boost footfall and work with the marketing department to follow up on leads and improve visibility.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline with support from a small training team to get up to speed quickly.
- Maintain strong client relationships with HNWIs and luxury clients and provide high levels of service.
- Work 5 days per week with flexibility to cover Saturdays; some cover in another West End store with slightly different hours.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales with experience in selling premium products to high-net-worth individuals.
- Ability to work to targets and demonstrate a proactive approach to business development.
- Experience in furniture or bedroom-related luxury products is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills to engage interior designers and local connections.
- Flexible availability, including Saturdays, and willingness to cover additional store locations as needed.
