What you'll do Deliver exceptional client service and create a memorable gallery experience Work towards realistic monthly sales targets with strong commission potential React to walk-in clients and proactively generate new business Make daily outreach calls to drive footfall, nurture client relationships and grow sales Manage client enquiries via phone and email with a polished, luxury-retail approach Support occasional home consultations (driving preferred) This is a sales driven Management role where you will work on the floor servicing clients, as well as the management of the gallery.
